Sethubanda="bridge-building." Begin in Samyata. Release your ankles and move your feet comfortably forward, maintaining your kneebend, raised butt and arched back, and keeping the back of your head and neck grounded. Hands may cup ankles, or palms or fists grounded for support.

Variation 1

PART 1: Raise one leg high.

PART 2: Bring the leg back.
