Sisumara=the Gangetic porpoise. Begin in Ubja. Raise your head. Keeping your forearms flat on the floor, rise up on your toes and walk your feet forward, lifting your butt high and keeping your legs straight, so that you are supported on your forearms and toes, with your butt high in the air. Tuck your head under, ground your crown, and look back. Or enter from Hill by bending the elbows till your crown grounds.

Variation 1

Now work your feet wide apart.

Variation 2

PART 1: Raise one leg straight in line with your body.

PART 2: Bend the raised knee.
