From a prone start (Advasana), place your hands under your shoulders, palms grounded; rise on your toes and push off the floor with your hands, keeping your torso low and parallel to the ground.

Variation 1

Open your legs wide.

Variation 2

Bend one knee, raise the sole of its foot, and rest on a tripod of two hands and one foot.
