Adhomukha Tada="Upside down mountain': better, though less accurately, known as Adhomukha Vrksasana="Downward facing tree pose." Begin in Tadasana. Lean forward, grounding your palms and kick off, holding when your legs are straight up. Variations are in leg positions.
