Vrischika="scorpion" Properly speaking, this is a variant of Elbowstand, but it has taken on a life of its own. From Elbowstand, bend your back and knees so as to bring your legs forward of your head, toes pointing toward the ground.

Variation 1

Bend only one knee; half-scorpion.

Variation 2

Open legs into a V.
